Even so, you can expect to receive your custom manufactured board normally within 10 working days. In the unlikely event that there is going to be a shipment delay, we will advise you as soon as we know, so you have the opportunity of cancelling your order if needed.

Please be aware that as soon as your order has been manufactured then it will not be possible to cancel or issue a refund.

Tern Warranty
TERN warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of original purchase that the products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. TERN's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing. The cost of labour and parts must be paid by the customer. This warranty will not apply to products that have been misused, abused, or altered. The customer is also responsible for shipping charges to and from Tern, Inc for any claims under the warranty.
